SATURDAY DECEMBER 24, 2011 - FUKUSHIMA, JAPAN

The holidays are upon us and we want to make sure that everyone has a reason to celebrate, whether they celebrate Christmas or not. We've thrown an even on Christmas Eve in the heart of the affected region from the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami. Included were live performance by Sunplaza Nakano (Japanese superstar celebrity). During the celebration we provided free food and supplies to all attendees as well as a raffle for over 800 participants where they received free gifts for the holidays. Some of our highlights include giving away free cameras, a iPod touch, and various other notable items as presents.

For this event we partnered with Recue Japan (a fellow non-profit seeking to alleviate the pain of those affected in Japan). With their partnership and the support of all of our donors, we were able to also donate an entire computer lab of brand new laptops to the local school to help them update their educational system. Students there will now be able to do research more effectively, access the internet, and learn in a dynamic new way.

IT'S OFFICIAL! WE'VE RECEIVED OUR NON-PROFIT STATUS!

As a perfect gift to us and to the people we strive to serve in their time of need, we've received notice that our application for non-profit status has officially been accepted by the state of California in the United States. This allows all of our donations from generous people like to be completely tax deductible! Help support us in support those in need!
